Glass Alphaville
Design Apartment in Alphaville

A spectacular view converts itself into something even greater. Philip Johnson, north-American architect, created the first Glass House in 1949 in New Canaan, Connecticut. Innovative, the project revealed to the world the paths that the modern architecture would follow from then on. Now, the first Residential Glass Design has come to Alphaville, with 2 bedrooms and all the innovation that your life deserves.

Construction Stages

Internal finish

The internal finish signals the end of the work: all internal elements are auctioned and the building is ready to be inhabited. The application of coatings is made on floors, walls and ceilings, and switches, sockets, sanitary ware and metal are placed.

External finish

It is the stage in which the final coatings are applied on the building facade and ground floor, in addition to the external landscaping conclusion, such as grills, pools and others.

Masonry

They are the walls of the building and may have sealing or structural function. The masonry is generally made of blocks or bricks overlapping and joined with mortar.

Structure

Responsible for supporting loads, the structure consists of pillars, beams and slabs, distributed according to the configuration of the construction. The materials - concrete, metal and wood - and shapes may vary according to the needs.

Foundation

The foundation aims to support the entire weight of the construction and transfer it to the soil. Can be shallow or deep - these being the most common - and depend on both the size of the building as the land.

Excavation

It is the removal and relocation of the ground on which the building will be in order to reach the required depth and to sequence the next step.
